Why Manifest

The careful way, on every roof.

  • Rolled in El Paso

Our panels are rolled in El Paso and cut to your roof's exact length — no stock lengths, no waiting on a mill. For the longest runs we can roll on site.

  • Photos before prices

Every roof is inspected with a checklist for its type and photographed before we put a number on it.

  • Quoted in writing

Priced at the office, never guessed on the roof — system, color and scope spelled out.

  • Nobody goes up alone

A standing rule on every job: no one from our crew is ever on a roof by themselves.

Compare the two

Both systems need a roof pitch of at least 3:12. Flatter roofs need a different approach — ask us.

FAQ

Common questions

Don't see yours? Call us — we're happy to talk it through.

How long does a metal roof last in El Paso?

It depends on the system and how it's installed. A 24-gauge standing seam roof typically lasts 40–70 years. On exposed-fastener roofs like R-panel, the panel lasts decades but the screw washers are a maintenance item — in our sun they can start failing at 10–15 years.

Can you replace my shingle roof with metal?

Yes. On our El Paso conversion we tore the shingles off to the bare deck, covered the roof in self-sealing membrane and installed 26-gauge R-panel. How a conversion works.

How much does a metal roof cost?

Every roof is different — size, pitch, what's on it now and which system you choose. We inspect, photograph and measure, then give you a clear written quote.
