Manifest crew installing a standing seam roof on a beachfront home

Real jobs. Real photos.

Every photo on this page is a Manifest Metals job — from a shingle-to-metal conversion in El Paso to standing seam on the Gulf Coast.

Shingle to metal · El Paso

From worn shingles to a 26-gauge metal roof.

Color
Light Stone
Size
~2,600 sq ft
  • Old shingles torn off down to the bare wood deck and hauled away
  • Entire roof covered in self-sealing waterproof membrane before any metal
  • R-panel over the main house, front porch and entry
  • Color-matched ridge caps, rake and edge trim, sidewall and transition flashing
  • New seals on all 8 pipes and vents, plus a new 12" turbine vent
  • Permit, daily cleanup, a magnet sweep of the yard and a final walk with the family

The color decision

The family weighed a special-order Hawaiian Blue against Light Stone, which was in stock. Same roof, same crew — the in-stock color let work start weeks sooner, and the light finish reflects more of the El Paso sun.
